We’ve refreshed our program for 2021, but our True North remains the same!
Ethics in Action Honors Celebration
Come to Honor. Leave Connected.
The Ethics in Action Honors Celebration honors the people who create healthy workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods in our community. While this will be the 14th year our organization has held an Ethics Awards event, 2021 brings some big changes.
Tried and True
Foundations Ethics in Action Honors Celebration is a signature community event that has been inspiring people throughout Brown County for over a decade. It adds value to the community by lifting up stories of ethics in action and raises critical funds to provide mental health counseling for our neighbors in financial need.
We asked you what you wanted most, and we’re giving it to you. We are pleased to announce some exciting changes for the 2021 Ethics in Action Honors Celebration:
- New Time & Location: Start your day right with a mindful morning gathering at historic Lambeau Field
- More Time to Honor: Interact with Ethics in Actions award recipients and their stories
- More Connection: Enjoy continental breakfast and connect in person with other guests
- More Inspiration: Keynote by national mental wellness speaker, Mike Veny
Save the date!
We are thrilled to share best-selling author and leading mental health speaker, Mike Veny, will be joining us in person at this year’s event.
Mike is the author of Transforming Stigma: How to Become a Mental Wellness Superhero. Mike was recently named one of the “5 Best Motivational Speakers on Mental Health” – alongside Brené Brown. He is also a writer for Corporate Wellness Magazine, Health Central, and has delivered a TEDx Talk, titled “Mental Illness is an Asset.”
Mike’s mission is to help communities heal emotional pain and discover meaning through simple ideas that empower wellness and healthy relationships.
At our event, Mike will share his own experiences with mental health disorders, depression, suicidal tendencies, and the realities of living under the cloud of psychological distress, all so that others may see a reflection of themselves in him. He encourages others to look at themselves as they are; not who they should be, or how others see them, but who they truly are inside.
