PASSION POINT: Helping People Identify Their Strengths, Develop Self-Compassion, and Gain Insight and Perspective

I am a Parent Navigator for the Green Bay office as well as a resident therapist at House of Hope and Freedom House. I have experience working with issues such as attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, perinatal and postpartum related challenges (perinatal mood disorders). I want to create an emotionally safe space for my clients to share and process. It is important to me to have an honest and trustworthy relationship with my clients. I believe people have the answers to their own questions and solutions to their problems, they often just need help to process their thoughts, feelings, and actions.

My Philosophy

I support individuals to reflect on their own experiences to view situations from multiple perspectives and I help empower people to utilize effective strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
