Stephanie Kregel-Forbes, MSE, LPC, NCC

Works with Clients 13 Years Old through Adults

PASSION POINT: Empowering Clients

I work with teens and adults on life transitions, and I have a passion for empowering clients. I enjoy helping individuals to realize and cultivate inner strengths, and using those strengths to take action toward healthy and lasting positive change. I work collaboratively with each individual, meeting each client wherever he or she is in life. By providing a safe space for self-exploration, I help clients to uncover those inner strengths as they move along the path of empowerment and well-being.

I acknowledge each individual’s unique strengths and different life experiences. Through support and reassurance, I encourage empowerment while providing empathy. When appropriate, I provide alternative points of view and a gentle push or challenge to negative thoughts or behavior patterns that may be keeping a client stuck in their current situation.

My Philosophy

I believe that people have the ability to change when they are able to fully recognize their inner strengths and believe in themselves. I explore the root causes of issues experienced in order to help my clients gain lasting life changes.
