The ideal nomination focuses on a story, (i.e., a specific situation, concern or challenge in the community and how the nominee transformed this situation). We aren't looking for information about how amazing the nominee is as a human (we know they are!). The goal is to inspire action with their individual story.

• Focuses on PEOPLE who are creating healthier workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods
• Seeks out STORIES OF IMPACT shared by nominators and story supporters
• Lifts up the details of personal stories that inspire ethical change
• Award Recipients will be announced at our fall Ethics in Action Honors Event
