Foster Care Case Manager – Germantown
Foster Care Case Manager is responsible for the oversight of the clinical and case management services for children & adolescents with emotional/behavioral issues, families and treatment foster families in our program.
Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Green Bay
The therapist will provide individual, group, couple, or family counseling. The ideal candidate will have experience and willingness to work with children and adolescents. They will participate as a clinical staff team member in group and individual supervision and consult with peers when needed, perform necessary administrative tasks, and participate in agency community relations.

Administrative Assistant – Eau Claire
The Administrative Assistant for Foster Care is responsible for providing customer service for foster parents, foster children and all other clients and guests of Foundations. The Administrative Assistant will support the foster care teams in assigned regions in efforts to help members of our communities thrive.
