Community Meditation Night for Families with Children
YOGA STORY WILL BE HOSTING A VIRTUAL SOUND MEDITATION DURING THE SCHEDULED EVENT TIME. VISIT THE FACEBOOK EVENT HERE FOR MORE DETAILS AND THE LINK TO THE EVENT.
Thanks to a generous grant from The Pollination Project and The Canary Fund, Foundations Health & Wholeness and Yoga Story are hosting a series of no-cost Community Meditation Nights throughout the year. We are excited to offer this opportunity for people to connect, and heal mind and spirit.
The first Community Meditation Night is on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 5pm, and is geared for families and their children 0-17 years old. Come a few minutes early to get comfortable.
What to Wear: comfortable clothes
What to Bring: a yoga mat, towel, pillow or other item for seated meditation
The meditation practice may include seated, standing, and/or walking meditation. The meditation practice for families lasts approximately a half hour with time after the event to connect with our meditation guide, Jessica, on a one-to-one basis, and enjoy refreshments and each other’s company.
No RSVP is needed, but we do encourage you to visit the Facebook event HERE and respond as “Going” if you plan to attend.
Free parking in back of building.
No unaccompanied adults please. We’ll be hosting adults-only meditation nights in the future, so check back to our Facebook page.
