Andrea Sieloff, MS, LPC-IT

Works with clients 5 to 18 years old

PASSION POINT: Providing youth and teens with skills to support their emotional well-being and feel empowered in their lives.

I am a school-based resident therapist here at Foundations Health and Wholeness, working with clients ages 5 to 18 years old. My therapeutic style is relaxed and conversational with a touch of humor. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor for therapy success. Collaborating with the client and client’s family, we work to establish goals to improve the client’s overall well-being. My approach to therapy is an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors), Person-Centered Therapy (acknowledging the client as the expert in their own life), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (presence in the moment though mindfulness and acceptance without judgement).

My Philosophy:

Being one of the first therapy experiences for many clients, I hope to help individuals feel supported and develop skills they can use for the rest of their life. Therapy is something that should be accessible for every individual as it is valuable for self-awareness and personal growth.
