Andrea is a compassionate and experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling and is certified by the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor in training. Andrea is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships.

Clinical Interventions

Andrea employs an integrative approach to therapy drawing from evidenced-based modalities including, but not limited to: Brain spotting, Client Centered Therapy, CBT, Behavioral Activation, Dialectical Behavioral Skills, Mindfulness, Play/Art Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Supportive Therapy. Andrea tailors the clinical approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, including Spiritually Integrated Interventions when requested. Andrea also provides services to people ages 5 through 18 in
individual, couples, family sessions, and/or group sessions.

In sessions with Andrea, your child will receive supportive and empathetic care that encourages their growth and development. “My approach to therapy is relaxed and conversational, with a touch of humor to keep sessions enjoyable and engaging. Since this might be your child’s first experience with therapy, my goal is to make it positive and meaningful from the beginning, helping them appreciate the value of therapy early on. understanding for both you and your child. Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals to enhance your child’s well-being while making the process both fun and rewarding.”
