Denise Rightmier, LPC

Works with 20 Years Old through Adults

PASSION POINT: Seeing Clients' Faces Light Up When They Realize Their Diagnosis Doesn't Define Them

I use a holistic approach to treating the mind, body and spirit. I’m comfortable incorporating the client’s faith into the treatment process when desired. I specialize in working with adults over the age of 20. My experience includes treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, adjustment disorder, and grief or loss. I’m also experienced in treating individuals who have suffered trauma. I have been trained in Brainspotting and use this technique with clients who have a history of one or more traumatic events. After working with a client to identify strengths, I incorporate the client’s strengths into their treatment.

My Philosophy

I believe that people can learn how to better take care of their emotional health. It’s a privilege to help clients identify their strengths, develop skills to take care of their emotional health, and find their way out of the hurt. To hear directly from me, click on the video below.
