Denise is a compassionate and experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and is certified by the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Denise is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships.

Clinical Interventions

Denise employs an integrative approach to therapy drawing from evidenced-based modalities including, but not limited to: Brain spotting, Client Centered Therapy, CBT, Behavioral Activation, Dialectical Behavioral Skills, Insight Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness, Spiritual Component to Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Denise tailors the clinical approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, including Spiritually Integrated Interventions when requested. Denise also provides services to people ages 20 and up in individual sessions.

In your session with Denise, you can expect a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental, empathic environment. I will come along aside you and assist you in your healing journey. I will work with you to help you identify the strengths that have gotten you this far. I will help you build on those strengths. I will work with you in developing strategies for positive change allowing you to heal and live a more fulfilling life.
