Individual Approach

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I will provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, and that self will be met with understanding, plenty of validation, a hefty dose of empathy, and possibly a sprinkle of humor. I’m here to listen to your stories, both the heartwarming and the “how-did-I-get-here” ones. I want you to feel more grounded and centered and ultimately healing. Therapy is a team effort, and I’m here to help you set and achieve goals that make sense for you. We’ll map out what you want to accomplish, adjust as we go, and celebrate every victory—big or small.
