Works with Clients 5 Years Old through Adults

PASSION POINT: Bringing Joy Back After the Pain

I have experience working with individuals of all ages, but I would say I specialize in working with children, teens, and their families. I have provided therapy support in home, community, correctional and hospital settings. I primarily use trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral approaches to therapy. I have experience helping with issues such as suicide attempt/ideation, self-harm, trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, and sexual identity. I’m honored to be able to hear people’s stories, and the opportunity to help create the successes and bring back joy after the pain. I believe everyone deserves and needs a safe place to share life’s ups and downs. I look forward to sharing a journey out of pain to resiliency, pride, and smiles.

My Philosophy

As your therapist, I give my full attention, genuine care and support. Therapy is a conversation, art, music, spirituality, so many things. I will listen to learn what style will be most comfortable for each client and create a treatment plan with each client’s interests at the core.
