Lana is a compassionate and experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work and is certified by the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Lana is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships.

Clinical Interventions

Lana employs an integrative approach to therapy drawing from evidenced-based modalities including, but not limited to: CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Skills, Family Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness, Play/Art Therapy, Spiritual Component to Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Supportive Therapy. Lana tailors the clinical approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, including Spiritually Integrated Interventions when requested. Lana also provides services to people ages 5 and up in individual, couples, family sessions, and/or group sessions.

In your sessions with Lana, she will work collaboratively with you to develop strategies for positive change and person growth. “I strongly believe the power of processing.
