Sara is a compassionate and experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and is certified by the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Sara is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships.
Clinical Interventions
Sara employs an integrative approach to therapy drawing from evidenced-based modalities including, but not limited to: Brain spotting, Client Centered Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Skills, Mindfulness, Spiritual Component to Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Supportive Therapy. Sara tailors the clinical approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, including Spiritually Integrated Interventions when requested. Sara also provides services to people ages 12 and up in individual, couples, family sessions, and/or group sessions.
