Tyler Robertson, LPC

Works with Clients 10-40 Years Old

PASSION POINT: Helping Parents Help Their Children Thrive

I have worked extensively with children 10 years and older, along with their families, to help with problems related to ADHD, behavioral issues, self-harm, anxiety, and adjustment issues. I help children and their families solve difficulties around peer relations and family transitions. I also work with young adults dealing with mood disorders, trauma, LGBQT and identity, phase of life changes, and anxiety.

I work with clients who have experienced traumatic events, and I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

My Philosophy

I believe children thrive best when family members are involved. I enjoy playing video and board games, especially those with themes of dragons and magic, have played the saxophone and earned a black belt in Songham Taekwondo. As a husband and dad, I use my interests to connect with clients.
