Foundations To Recognize Ethical Leaders in our Community at Annual Luncheon

October 1, 2019

Foundations Health & Wholeness is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2019 Ethics Awards and details about the celebration luncheon. The recipients for this year in four categories are:

Laura Mossakowski– Individual

Fox Communities Credit Union – Business

Green Bay Area Public School District – Nonprofit

Jimena Sanchez Hernandez – Youth

Foundations received 69 nominations across the 4 categories. The recipients were determined by independent Selection Committee comprised of local business and civic leaders. “I’m excited to see these individuals held out to our community as examples of distinguished moral character and leadership, said Dr. Grant Rozeboom, Assistant Professor of Business Administration-Ethics and Philosophy at St. Norbert College and co-chair of the Selection Committee. “The selection committee was uniformly impressed by their stories, especially the moral problems they’ve tackled in their lives, and we think it is important to highlight these stories for the large audience at the luncheon.”

This year the award in the Business category will be renamed in honor of the late James Kress, who passed this past May, just one month shy of his 90th birthday. “Jim’s father, George Kress, founded our organization in 1965 and Jim continued his legacy as one of our most passionate supporters,” said Ryan Good, President & CEO of Foundations Health & Wholeness. “I am grateful I had the opportunity to interact with Jim and witness the great impact of his leadership, not only at his business but throughout our community.”

The 1st Jim Kress Ethics in Business Award will be presented to Fox Communities Credit Union in November.

The 12th Annual Ethics Awards Luncheon will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at 11:30am, at the
