March 27, 2020

April 20-
Wisconsin’s Safer At Home Order doesn’t mean that you are without emotional support. Foundations Health & Wholeness continues to live its mission by helping people heal mind and spirit. Our mental health therapists and counselors are open to see new clients ages 13 years and older via video therapy. Please call our compassionate client engagement team at 920-437-8256. We can mail the new clients documents to you, and get you started on your healing journey.

Foundation’s mental health counselors will continue to see current clients via telehealth sessions. Current clients can view existing appointments by accessing our secure Client Portal. Our counselors are unable to take new clients at this time; however, we are working to change this. We will update our website and post an announcement here media as we are able to accommodate new clients for teletherapy sessions.

Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, Foundations will restrict physical access to our offices and clinic. Members of our client engagement team are calling clients to let them know that therapists are not available for in-person therapy. Our clients’ wellbeing is important to us, and therapists are available for therapy sessions via telephone or video. At the time of the sessions, therapists will initiate the calls. If you are a potential new client who hasn’t received an intake yet, or you are a current client who has questions, please call our client engagement team 920-437-8256 for more information.

For our foster care program, the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families has temporarily changed the rules for home visits to allow for visits via video or phone. Foster parent training sessions will be held virtually.
