Keep Me in the Moment

There are times we all need a little inspiration. Fortunately, the world is full of opportunities to find encouragement in everyday activities – things as simple as enjoying nature, hearing a child laugh, or reading a quote that resonates with you.
Foundations counselor Denise Rightmier recently shared with us a song that has been a source of encouragement to her during these unprecedented times. Here is what Denise had to say about the song Keep Me in The Moment by Jeremy Camp:
“Living in these uncertain times, with things seemingly changing daily with the COVID-19 and the unrest that is rising in the world. It is so easy to get caught up in the fear and the noise or at least I know for me it is. But I believe with God’s help I can stay focused on the moments that matter and are important to me. I can find some solace, some peace, and maybe even some strength for such a time as this.”

As you listen to the song, Denise challenges you to think about staying focused on your moments and the things that matter to you. Her hope is those moments bring you some solace and peace and maybe even a smile to your face.
